I'm getting the same code on my engine $11,000 ago, P0299 turbo boost. Service team sold me a turbo charger with gasket. Gave it back to me and code came back. I bring it in and sold me a soleno P0299 turbo boost. Service team sold me a turbo charger with gasket. Gave it back to me and code came back. I bring it in and sold me a solenoid vacuum valve. Gives it back and unable to leave the lot because car shorted out. Told i need 2 new batteries, a starter, relays, engine controller modules and cables to make it start. Gives it back to me and it ....... Seems like I have the same problems from the very start of our business together. How much more money and my time do you guys need of me to give me what I paid for? This stuff has a limited warranty yet our track record isn't looking good at all. I bring it in and I gain more problems. From new parts and components to missing or broken bits on the car. The second battery is for the start stop battery. Motor isn't cutting off as designed. So why did you sell me one saying I needed one to start the car but the car runs without it working. See you soon, I hope this is how everyone gets serviced. More
I scheduled service at this location with a woman representative. I told her that I’m from out of state and my check engine light came on while I was driving it to Chicago. I told her that I will nee representative. I told her that I’m from out of state and my check engine light came on while I was driving it to Chicago. I told her that I will need to get it seen before I drive back to Baltimore by the end of the week. The lady confirmed my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I talked to Mike and mentioned to him that I’ve never been to that location before because I’m not from Chicago and just wanted to get it checked. When my wife got there, she was told that because we’re from out-of-state, they will not be able to look at it until next week. I don’t understand why Mike did not mention it to me when we talked. My wife wasted her time driving there and could’ve prevented getting into an accident, had Mike told me that they won’t be able to see the car. This is so unfair and unprofessional. Now we have to drive back to Baltimore with a check engine light on and a damaged vehicle. More
Recently, my 2021 Range Rover Sport had the driver's side window broken out in a Chicago parking ramp. I live in Iowa and my wife was in the city with my grandchildren when this happened. So I called Hinsdale LR (who I bought my second Rover from in 1996) and spoke to Raul in service. That was at 3:00 pm. By 4:30 pm Raul had my wife and kids in a loaner car and back into the city. Worst service center I ever experienced. We bought our car in Schaumburg but have had it serviced at the Hinsdale facility ever since Covid hit. Between being shuffled from sales, to service, and back to sales to try to get our "Remote Starting" bug fixed, I can only say I will never step foot into that facility again. Waited over an hour to get someone to finally say they couldn't fix it and would need to go back to the original dealer. What!!! So if I bought in another state they would want me to drive 600 miles. Beyond rude, and what really is irritating is the showroom was empty along with service and everyone just standing around. Why not save everyone time and simply tell us they couldn't fix the bug with their remote starting capability. More
Vehicle was in service for over a month(11/10/2021) for warranty work and did not receive any updates until I called(12/20/2021) multiple times and finally emailed the Service manager and finally got a cal warranty work and did not receive any updates until I called(12/20/2021) multiple times and finally emailed the Service manager and finally got a call back. They also claimed that the TPMS sensor went bad while it was in their possession, that's why they couldn't work on the car, and charged me over $350 to replace the sensor for them to release the vehicle. I brought my F Type in for an oil change and while there I had to visit the sales department to get the Jaguar Remote App installed on my phone and synced with the car, Jason Yap was the sales person who no I had to visit the sales department to get the Jaguar Remote App installed on my phone and synced with the car, Jason Yap was the sales person who not only took the time to install the app he also spent the time walking me through all the features and functions of the app, I couldn't be anymore pleased with the service I recieved!
