Absolutely disappointing service experience provided by a luxury vechical dealership. After purchasing a vechical with a documented defect, I waited three months for a backloged part to be delivered to add luxury vechical dealership. After purchasing a vechical with a documented defect, I waited three months for a backloged part to be delivered to address the defect. Arriving for the appointment the computer system was down and they could not find the part. Returned for a second appointment to correct the defect to find out they had ordered the wrong part. They then order the wrong part for a second time and had a delayed delivery on the correct part. For all of the delays, I requested that they spend a little extra time vacuuming my car prior to returning it to me, they said no problem. The process left me in a courtesy vechical for a week to perfom a one to two hour work effort. On the day of pickup I was assured that the vechical was ready to go and the extra vacuum would be complete. The vechical was ready, however it was no vacuumed. Hopefully, the information above can be ised to help improve the overall service delivery process. More

Continued great service for the last 10-12 years with all of our land rovers. We never have to wait for an appointment and if something arises between scheduled maintenance they are quick to get us in for se of our land rovers. We never have to wait for an appointment and if something arises between scheduled maintenance they are quick to get us in for service. They always have transportation available via a loaner or rental or pick up drop off service. Our service advisors are the best. More

The customer service is good but they have a very difficult time diagnosing problems. I dropped my car off with an exterior engine sound and interior knocking.
