Several issues. I made an appointment for 1:30 on a Tuesday and nobody even looked at the car until Thursday afternoon (after I requested to hear back from a manag I made an appointment for 1:30 on a Tuesday and nobody even looked at the car until Thursday afternoon (after I requested to hear back from a manager if it wasn’t by that timeframe). Why did I make an appointment???? After 6 days in the shop i requested a loaner. Which was promptly made available to me. I had to sign your rental agreement and provide my license, insurance information and a credit card. Upon returning the car to you, I requested a receipt that the car was returned, there was no damage, and it was filled with gas and no further charges were incurred. I was told you run a reputable business and this was a non standard request. It took a manager to provide that receipt. There were several other issues and the communication was poor. It was a bad customer experience. More

This is one of the worst dealers that I have ever dealt with from calling and talking to the finance manger to the service dept .. I will never go back there again with from calling and talking to the finance manger to the service dept .. I will never go back there again More
