Be very careful with the services upsell! Our advisor, Joe, convinced us that we needed almost $4,500 in services based on owners manual recommendations for our 30K service. This included things like engine flush, injector cleaning, trans and diff fluid change, etc. None of these were necessary - we only wanted an oil change. Once I confirmed that these were not recommended until over 100K miles I called and cancelled them all and just had the oil change done. The service techs were great! Very thorough and sent a video explaining everything they saw. This is why 3 stars and not ZERO. Beware of the service manger upsell!!! More

It was time for my Range Rover Velar to be serviced and my check engine light had come on, so as always I took it to Bill Jacobs Land Rover of Hinsdale. From the time I arrived until the end of the appoint my check engine light had come on, so as always I took it to Bill Jacobs Land Rover of Hinsdale. From the time I arrived until the end of the appointment Mike Mashburn provided excellent customer service. He suggested we begin with the most pressing issues on the car first, then re-assess if more issues are identified. Additionally, I needed a loaner/rental car and had to use the external service. Mike had them bring the car to the dealership so I did not have to make my way there or wait for a transport to the rental location. I really appreciated that gesture. I have gotten to know Mike since my vehicle has been serviced at this location and he is always fair and a straight shooter (he’s funny too!). Now I just have to wait and see what all needs to be done on my vehicle, but I know he will help me to do what’s needed and what’s best. More
