I took my car to this dealership twice for service in the last two years and will never go back. Their oil changes are priced over $80 higher than Jaguar Orland Park. Their pricing was also not disclosed to me online when the service was scheduled and they added other miscellaneous charges to their repair order without any explanations. Their service writer reached out to me via text while i was away while the service was performed, and yet my replies were not read for over an hour. I also tried to speak to a manager before I left and was told none were available. More

Normally the car buying experience is not one you look forward to, but Nancy Schmitz at Jaguar of Hinsdale made a big difference with her friendliness,and knowledge of the car.
