I had the most pleasant experience every at a dealership. It started with a call to kelly.She offered great customer service over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership Mike the salesperson was waiting for me. He immediately offered refreshment and made me comfortable. He answered all my questions and concerns about the 2011 CTS. The test drive went very well. It was raining and they dried the car off and brought it inside so that I could get a good look. I met and spoke to Donnie the Finance person. I told him what I was expecting to paid. He advise that he would do what he can to met my payment. For a finance person, he was very personable and pleasant and again I felt very comfortable. The other employees that I previous met also continued to make sure I was comfortable and offering refreshments. We spoke about things other than cars. Donnie inform me of my payment and apr which was unfortunately was over my buget. Donnie continued to work on a better apr. Just when I thought it was over and I would not be purchasing the car because the payment didn't fit into my budget. John, the manager, (John Wayne is how I saw him ) came to the resue and was able to offer me a payment that I could live with along with insurance. WOW!!I have never purchased a car and felt like I was part of their family team. When it was all over I felt like a really knew them all. It was the best experience ever! What a great dealership.
