The reason for my rating is the return of Mike Ryan to the Land Rover Dealer. Had it not been for Mike Ryan's return, I would never have purchased another vehicle from Jacob's Land Rover. Horrible experience with their service department. The coolant level light was on indicating it was low and the tire warning light was on. I have a 7am appointment on Monday, and scheduled the appointmen coolant level light was on indicating it was low and the tire warning light was on. I have a 7am appointment on Monday, and scheduled the appointment 5 days earlier. Drop the car off Sunday night so it is there on time. Wait all day Monday with no call. I call them at 7pm and leave a message. Call at 9am Tuesday morning and am told the car has not been looked at yet and cannot give me any info when it will be. I say that I had a Monday, 7am appt. and I'm told that is for them to do paperwork, not to fix the car. She will have the service advisor call me back. I call again at 1pm to check on the status. After being placed on hold, the man comes back asking if I'm calling about alternate transportation. I said I'm calling about the status of my car. He says it will be a few days. I tell him I will be there in 20 minutes to pick up my car. I arrive at the dealership and ask for my key and car. Joe comes out acting like nothing is wrong. First he says he called me on Monday, then he didn't get any of my messages. He will offer me a loaner car. I said no-give me my car back. Then he says what if he can get my car serviced faster? I say to him why aren't you doing that now. I walked out with my car. Will never go back. Too bad for them. We were considering purchasing a 2015 Range Rover at the end of the year. Probably will buy one and not from Bill Jacobs. Not under any circumstance. Poor service. I wish I could give them zero stars. One is too many. More
I am brand new to the Land Rover brand. I couldn't have been more pleased on how I was treated though out the buying process. I was treated with respect and walked though the entire buying process. Truly we stopped by the dealership just to test drive and see the car; it's location was convenient from work, but certainly not close to home. Shortly after meeting Dan Gallovitch and experiencing his professionalism, outstanding knowledge of the vehicle and ease to work with, we firmly decided that this would be where we purchased the car from. Then we met John Gavin in financing and the experience couldn't have gotten better. This team was not only professional and knowledgeable, but they certainly knew how to get things done. My experience with both of them left me more than confident that I'd have the same quality interactions with this dealership for all future needs with this car and any other vehicles we purchased with them.
