After I purchased my vehicle I needed to follow up on an unrecognized open item the next business day, and both Kevin and the sales manager were incredibly helpful and reassured me that my open item would be remediated to my satisfaction - and it was. Vehicle was in service for over a month(11/10/2021) for warranty work and did not receive any updates until I called(12/20/2021) multiple times and finally emailed the Service manager and finally got a cal warranty work and did not receive any updates until I called(12/20/2021) multiple times and finally emailed the Service manager and finally got a call back. They also claimed that the TPMS sensor went bad while it was in their possession, that's why they couldn't work on the car, and charged me over $350 to replace the sensor for them to release the vehicle. Worst service I have ever dealt with a luxury service department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
