This was by far one of the most pleasant car shopping experiences I have had. I had called a few days before, to inquire about a car I saw online, and to see if they had a vehicle in their inventory that experiences I have had. I was fortunate to speak with Rachel who very patiently listened to me, and gave me detailed information back without being pushy or overly questioning me for information. She eventually referred me to Mike Ryan who has been GREAT to deal with. After our initial conversation, Mike was courteous, helpful, and was able to answer every single question I threw his way. He knows his stuff! Mike is working diligently to help me find the right car that meets my requirements. We called ahead to see if the vehicle was still being offered for sale, they said it was, so we headed there from Indiana to take a look. From the moment we pulled ino the dealership, we noticed they had the vehicle pulled up and ready for test driving. As we entered into the building to meet with our Salesman Jason, whom we had spoke to on the phone...it was llike we were old friends. Jason was extremely easy to talk to & trust me we had alot of questions. We felt he was very honest & upfront. We then headed out for a test drive and Jason was awesome! He made sure we had plenty of time driving the vehicle, taking it on smooth roads, rough roads and open roads. Jason never rushed us or pressured us. Needless to say, we purchased the VW Beetle (which I absolutely LOVE!). It was a pleasant experience from the beginning with Jason to the end with the Finance Mgr Donny J. The entire process went smoothly. Instead of feeling awkward buying a lower priced car from a dealership that deals with a lot of high end cars..we were treated the same as if we bought a brand new Range Rover. The entire time of the sale was less than 5 days and we were picking up our new LandRover and driving home. I am an employee of a bank and thought that I would use my own bank for financing with an employee advantage. Their financing team was able to get me a better rate than my own bank could.
