I completed a rating for this dealership two days ago as soon as I returned home from the dealership. The customer service rep I had was great and that's what prompted my excellent rating. Bill was my advisor. Came in with less than 23000 miles on my car and got an estimate of $3700. Then the comment of this is a luxury car expensive to maintain was very condescending and it’s makes an assumption that I was not use to luxury when in fact is not the case. I don’t know what my next car is but when I can’t trust after I buy the car that I would be treated fairly and with respect it won’t be your establishment.
