Never understand why you have a scheduled appt 3 months in advance....and bring the car in at 8 a.m. only to tell you that they will not do the service that day, but instead might get to it Monday or Tuesd in advance....and bring the car in at 8 a.m. only to tell you that they will not do the service that day, but instead might get to it Monday or Tuesday. Granted they provided a complimentary loaner but communication was average (I had to reach out regularly to get updates) as the work performed took longer than what they had forecasted.
