Poor communication about services and clear lack of expertise when it comes to repairs. I had my car serviced and laid $2,000 only to have the engine light come on and another $1500 estimate. I believe the additional repairs required were triggered by their service team as nothing in the new service recommendations were in the outlay report. I would not recommend coming to this dealership and as a previous customer I would not trust them to give me accurate recommendations and good customer care. More

Jawad Sayal is an excellent service representative and pays attention to the consumer's concerns. When our Land Rover's engine failed at 65,000 miles, he helped to make sure we didn't waste time and money pays attention to the consumer's concerns. I'm disappointed that we were on our own dealing with a non functioning vehicle, but I suspect that is a dealer decision because it's not worth the dealer's time and money to provide that service even if we might have been interested in considering another Land Rover. The car was delivered at the time promised and is running great. Loaner was very good. Joe Rosone is an excellent service advisor and has been there to accommodate our wishes/needs.
