I essentially set it up by myself once I arrived home. In addition, despite submitting all my information several days ahead of time, the process took nearly 4 1/2 hours, over an hour of which I spent sitting alone, doing nothing, at my salesperson‘s desk. I was told they would “make it up to me”, but have heard and received nothing. I also made two attempts to contact Alan after the sale, and those messages were ignored. I had a very lengthy wait for Dora and the final paperwork, but she was apologetic and efficient. More
