Wasn’t expecting to buy a car, but WOW We went in to get a flat tire fixed, and while waiting, began to browse. The vehicles in showroom were gorgeous, but we weren’t in for a new car. Derek was great, showed us some certified preowned models, and went out of his way to show us a fantastic option and explained in detail options of trade in, down payment, and finance options. Morgan made the whole paperwork process understandable and smooth. We never felt pressured, and felt really good with the personalized attention. Jaguar Ft Myers is the best. We are repeat customers and love the personal attention, service department, and the Jaguar products. We wouldn’t have gone anywhere else, based on our prior experiences with this dealer dating back to 2010 with our first Jaguar purchase. More

Disappointed with Service Dept. A/C service We would NOT recommend Jaguar of Fort Myers service department. We recently brought our 2008 S-Type (which we originally purchased at the dealership) We would NOT recommend Jaguar of Fort Myers service department. We recently brought our 2008 S-Type (which we originally purchased at the dealership) in for A/C service and the diagnosis was that the compressor needed to be replaced at $2,197. The 'diagnosis' charge was $170. We obtained a second opinion that same day at nearby Modern Auto Air of Fort Myers and the problem was only a simple compressor relay, and the A/C was quickly fixed for $140. I have to question the motivations and overall A/C expertise at the Jaguar dealer. More

These two individuals to us represent the true value of this dealership. The courtesy and services provided are indeed superlative! Great Experience!! Travis was excellent I went to Fort Myers Jag/Land Rover dealership to get a dent out of my rim (they are associated with a service that does this on their property...and I went to Fort Myers Jag/Land Rover dealership to get a dent out of my rim (they are associated with a service that does this on their property...and they are awesome too). First off, I had the dent removed for $130 or so on my Porsche 911 and the other (non-Porsche) German car specialist shop in Bonita Springs was just over $500 and they needed the wheel for several days. I had it done in an hour or so. Wheel is perfect now. Then the dealership balanced my rims which was quite reasonable (and washed my car too!!). Then I asked them to price some new rubber for my Porsche. I saved A LOT compared to my other quote (yes, same German car shop) and had them do the alignment and balance. Service was beyond on my expectations. Smooth. I had my Jeep serviced just up the road at the Jeep Dealership and it was ok, but a completely different experience. If you have a fine car, don't hesitate to take it to Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers. More

Great people at Jaguar land Rover We went to fix my mirrors on my Range Rover and we came home with a 2016 new Ranger Rover . What a great experience with all the people there .
