I had the most horrible and unprofessional experience at Jaguar of Fort Myers! I took my 2024 F-Type for its first service and interior seal repair. After 5 days, I was told I could pick up my car. I d Jaguar of Fort Myers! I took my 2024 F-Type for its first service and interior seal repair. After 5 days, I was told I could pick up my car. I did not notice at first but when I brought my car home it was worse than it was when it went in. The interior seal that was supposed to be fixed was falling out of my headliner and wasn't attached to the vehicle when I opened the passenger door. Also the exterior window seal was falling out of my quarter panel window and the window frame itself was coming apart from the window. I emailed the service tech and he asked me to bring the car back in. When I arrived I was clearly upset, I showed the tech everything that was wrong with my vehicle, after they stated it was fixed. I told the tech "this is brand new vehicle and how unacceptable it was to have my car returned to me in this condition". Since I was upset, the tech had the general manager (Brian Del Negro) meet with me. He was not pleasant from the start. He walked me out to my car and acted like this wasn't an issue. To sum our conversation up, he asked if I purchased my car from his dealership - I said "No, what does that matter?" He said "It mattered" and told me to take my car to get fixed somewhere else. (Jaguar warranty covers your car at all Jaguar dealerships). Mind you -when I was in the market to purchase a new F-Type, a friend of mine, (Matt) a long time client of Jaguar Fort Myers, was kind enough to refer me to his salesman (Derek). I met with (Derek) and told him that I was interested in a new F-Type. I later emailed (Derek) and was ghosted, via email and text. (see photo below) I later contacted the general manager (Brian) who also never contacted me back. After that, I decided to go to Jaguar of Saint Pete, a far more superior dealership in every way! Come to find out that the salesman (Derek) read one of my reviews on other platforms and called my friend (Matt) to apologize to him for not helping me. I have yet to receive a direct apology from how I was treated when I wanted to purchase a new car and how I was treated trying to get my car fixed. More
I recently purchased a used F-Type. and didn't realize it had some "issues". I brought it in for service and fortunately Albert was my assigned representative. He did an excellent job e and didn't realize it had some "issues". I brought it in for service and fortunately Albert was my assigned representative. He did an excellent job explaining the issues and resolving the problems. First class facility and service. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. RJB More

Once you have purchase a Land Rover from Fort Myers Land Rover you are family and that is exactly how they treat you. Wasn’t expecting to buy a car, but WOW We went in to get a flat tire fixed, and while waiting, began to browse. The vehicles in showroom were gorgeous, but we weren’t in for a new car. Derek was great, showed us some certified preowned models, and went out of his way to show us a fantastic option and explained in detail options of trade in, down payment, and finance options. Morgan made the whole paperwork process understandable and smooth. We never felt pressured, and felt really good with the personalized attention. Jaguar Ft Myers is the best. We are repeat customers and love the personal attention, service department, and the Jaguar products. We wouldn’t have gone anywhere else, based on our prior experiences with this dealer dating back to 2010 with our first Jaguar purchase. More
