The customer service we received was top-notch, and the staff gave us the red carpet treatment as soon as we pulled in the lot. The nice part was that at no point were we made to feel pressured. Simon Wade went above and beyond- he was personable, knowledgable , offered great suggestions, and answered all of our questions. He helped us get a car that was the perfect fit for our needs. From the General Manager to the Sales Manager to Parts and Service- everyone operated like a family and made us feel a part of it. The level of professionalism and willingness to help was like none we've ever experienced. Morgan, the Business Manager was also highly efficient and friendly. We are absolutely thrilled with our new Range Rover, and would highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers to anyone shopping for a new car!. Made a big Difference Samantha as well as Morgan, Scott and the others we met made our shopping experience perfect....even for a wife who hates to shop for a new car!
