My service representative, Melanie Perry has always been awesome!! Melanie is always cheerful, attentive, and very accommodating no matter what service my vehicle requires. I just hope Jaguar continues to make great vehicles so that I can continue to receive this level of service!! When purchasing a new vehicle, you never think much about the service after the sale but when you get someone as great to work with as Melanie, it does become a factor in the decision-making process. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here for as long as I am able to. This is my second Jaguar with this dealership and hopefully not the last! More
