After speaking with Spencer briefly on the phone I was immediately impressed by his willingness to help, knowledge of the car, kindness and professionalism. I met him in person the next day and was thoroughly impressed once again!! He is so personable and friendly while also maintaining an incredible level of professionalism. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My wife dropped her 2012 Range Rover off to service and we were told she would be given a loaner car overnight so she could decide whether or not to g My wife dropped her 2012 Range Rover off to service and we were told she would be given a loaner car overnight so she could decide whether or not to get the car serviced or purchase another Range Rover. She was given pressure to purchase and at closing time was told they didn't have a loaner. This is poor customer service and now she had to drive a car home that service said shouldn't be driven. I must say I couldn't believe such poor customer service at a Range Rover dealership. We will definitely not be buying from Hennessey Land Rover at North Point. To make it worse, we were told $3,700 to fix the issue and the sales manager Troy said oh they told me it was $5,000-$8,000. Which is it folks? Is that the obvious bait and switch move. These people are the reason women don't trust car dealers and why people are so guarded when they go into dealerships. Probably won't here from the General Manager even though we left him a message. Shoppers beware. Range Rover in Buckhead is much better! Hennessey Range Rover is out to scam their customers! More
