lack of service After having Land Rovers from this dealership since 1995, it is the first time I could not have a loaner with 3 weeks notice. This is a major inconve After having Land Rovers from this dealership since 1995, it is the first time I could not have a loaner with 3 weeks notice. This is a major inconvenience. My wife, who has a Jaguar XJL from this dealership, and I are both practicing physicians in different parts of the metro area. Arranging for both of us to be here at the same time is difficult. Chad couldn't have cared less. He rarely returns phone calls and usually only after several voice mails. I also have a 2020 Discover Luxe on order. I told him I only wanted the brake repair. He signed med up for multiple things that I did not want. I had to go through them line by line. It was another inconvenience. After dropping my Rover off, they brought me home but then I had to have another vehicle to drive. He only offered to drop it at my after service was complete. There is no one at home to receive it and I had to turn in my rental. A very negative experience. I have already complained to Land Rover nationally. More
Excellent service I have dealt with Bluff City Land Rover since my first purchase in 2006 of a LR3, I then purchased a 2010 LR4 and now a 2019 Range Rover. My experience has been stellar over the last 15 yrs. Chad Henze has been my service advisor and explains fully of each service that is needed/recommended. Everything has always been fair. N n Out Dane was nice and made sure I was comfortable. He got me n and out within 2hrs. I left to get lunch and he called when the service was completed.
