This was the worst experience that I have ever had at Jaguar. First of all, I called ahead to tell that I was on my way and I just need to have my tires checked out because the air pressure light was on. Jaguar. I arrived at 11:50am. I was attended to promptly and told that there were several technicianS with nothing to do so they would started right away.? I waited in the lounge for over an hour with no communication as to the status of the problem. I finally had to get someone’s attention to check on my vehicle, only to find out that the technician that was supposed to be working on my car had gone on his lunch break and is back and just getting started. After another hour had passed, I went to the repair department to check again because no one had given me an update. I was then told that they were looking for another tire to replace my tire. No one even told me my tire needed replacing or what was wrong, only that that I needed to get a new tire. I waited another hour, this time I decided to wait in repair area so that I would not be ignored or forgotten. After 3 hours of sitting with no communication, the manager came to apologize and told me my car would be ready in 10 minutes. He asked if I wanted a car wash and I told him originally I did however after waiting for 3 hours with no feedback I simply wanted them to finish up. I feel they should have offered me a loaner or At least told me ahead of time about the wait so that I could have rescheduled or made other arrangements. The professionalism here leaves a lot to be desired. We have a Purchased a Jaguar and a Range Rover from them and have been loyal customers. I just expected better and was very disappointed. More

The service department is very attentive to the needs of the customers, as well as accommodating. Their loaner cars are always fun and enticing, but their lounge is nice and comfortable if you choose to wai the customers, as well as accommodating. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I bought a used 2011 Land Rover HSE through a fly-by-night dealership in Washington. I needed to ensure it was safe to drive to Mexico where I was he I bought a used 2011 Land Rover HSE through a fly-by-night dealership in Washington. I needed to ensure it was safe to drive to Mexico where I was headed next. I called and scheduled an appointment and had them go through it and find any issues that would potentially become a problem. Needless to say, there were many! Mr. Duncan worked with me to ensure I only fixed what was necessary and I never felt like I was being forced to have any repairs done that wasn't required. I appreciate him trying to work with me and also applying a small military discount on the final bill. I was given a courtesy car for a few days while all the repairs were being done. I appreciate the time they took to ensure I left with a safe and reliable vehicle for my next adventure in life. Mr. Duncan was great to sit with and he even helped me change out a piece for my windshield wiper at the end! I highly recommend this place to everyone! More
