Never greated I have been in 3 times for service since my purchase and never been greeted until I walk by 2 service men and I always see mr Calvin Powell and he alw I have been in 3 times for service since my purchase and never been greeted until I walk by 2 service men and I always see mr Calvin Powell and he always greets me with a smile and then I see Todd but because he was busy he greeted me and gave me great customer service. I was dissatisfied with my service bill. I was chared almost $300 for I thought was an only an oil change and some other type of fluid was added but not brought to my attention until my vehicle was ready for pickup. If you come in for an oil change and if you think something else need to be added please contact the car owner so there wont be a shock factor at payment. That would be helpful. Stephanie More

Friendly but Ineffective Took my car in for two issues. Received confirmation on paper and verbally that both issues had been resolved. After driving my vehicle for a mile it Took my car in for two issues. Received confirmation on paper and verbally that both issues had been resolved. After driving my vehicle for a mile it became apparent nothing have changed.They said will fix one of the problems which they created working in the car. Had to take the car to a Firestone resolve other minor issue. Car is under warranty and very worried about future repairs at this dealership. More

Saturday in the Service Department I was thankful that I was able to schedule at the last minute a Saturday service appointment to get my brakes repaired and get a new set of tires. I I was thankful that I was able to schedule at the last minute a Saturday service appointment to get my brakes repaired and get a new set of tires. I was in desperate need of both. Dane was extremely polite and helpful and kept me informed on the current status of the repair. My only complaint is that they should offer loaner cars on Saturday like they do during the week. More
