I believe Bluff We have been using the service department at Bluff City since 1990s and our experience over those 25+ years has always been positive. I believe Bluff City runs the best luxury vehicle service department in the Memphis area (and I have experienced others, who think they are good). Our service advisor, Chad Henze, is always willing to work to get our vehicles in the shop when needed, on our schedule. In addition, they are always willing to pick up and/or deliver a vehicle back to our home or the airport. The service department is one of the reasons we continue to trade vehicles with Bluff City.
