Great experience My 2014 XJL with over 85K miles was in the dealership for front end work. With that many miles the control arms, struts, shocks were past their usefu My 2014 XJL with over 85K miles was in the dealership for front end work. With that many miles the control arms, struts, shocks were past their useful life, so I took it in for a look. They had to order some parts which took longer that usual, but well worth the wait. The car runs like it did the day I bought it. We know the parts are costly, but you know that when you purchase the car, most luxury cars do. I'm happy to give them a two thumbs up with my experience. More

Service Center I’m comparing y’all to Lexus and Nissan. I have both of these cars and take them in to each dealership. I must say...I wasn’t met by anyone when I pul I’m comparing y’all to Lexus and Nissan. I have both of these cars and take them in to each dealership. I must say...I wasn’t met by anyone when I pulled up and had to seek someone out to get help. Wasn’t offered a car only a shuttle when I called in for service. At Lexus they always provide me with a car even for just a few hours. My service girl was very nice and the service was very prompt. But I just didn’t get that “special treatment feeling” like I do at the other 2 service departments that I go to. But once I found that I was suppose to see Christine, it was great. She’s very personable and so sweet. She even sat with me when I picked up my car and showed me how to use some of the things on my car. Plus MemPops was there and we got an ice cream. That was nice. More

Another Great Experience! I noticed that my SUV was making a loud noise. I contacted Mr. Ken Smith and he was amazing! He got my service appointment moved up and I had a loaner I noticed that my SUV was making a loud noise. I contacted Mr. Ken Smith and he was amazing! He got my service appointment moved up and I had a loaner vehicle ( of the same model) to drive while the repairs were completed. Mr. Smith kept me updated and took great pride and care to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner! Always great to work with Mr. Ken Smith!! More

All of the requested work was not accomplished. I expected similar service and attention from your service department as compared to by previous 3 higher end vehicles. They are/were Lexus and Audi. I expected similar service and attention from your service department as compared to by previous 3 higher end vehicles. They are/were Lexus and Audi. What started as a recall notice for a software update was scheduled weeks in advanced. It was thought to be a single day. When I arrived I was told it was a simple matter but very busy. I was afforded a loaner vehicle however it took 3 days to get to it and was not informed the vehicle would not be ready after the 1st and 2nd day until the end of the day with little or no remorse in the explanation. I did ask for attention to 3 other minor items however one of them (reset the vehicle to the alternator setting when at red lights) was supposedly addressed but has yet to work. Honestly I dread coming back and possibly having to wait 3 days again for it to be addressed but will once my travelling slows down at the end of August. More
