I have had attentive honest service and advice on every occasion and have advised my wife that I will not dictate the vehicle she drives but it has to come from Bluff City . I have never in my life been treated as poorly as the day I attempted to have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. If you have someone special in your life that you absolutely hate and want to watch suffer, buy them a Land Rover and wait until it needs service. It's the best thing since death by a thousand cuts. Go somewhere else Purchased a Land Rover with 22,000 miles on it. Was told by service advisor that the vehicle had not had it's 2 year service. I gave him information of previous service provider and told him if they had not completed, to please service the vehicle. After a $600+ bill, it was discovered 1/ that he never called to check the service record and 2/ it had already been completed. Will drive 3 hours to another dealer before I will visit them again. Mediocre and Unhelpful I went to this dealership to look at RR vehicles. I am in the market for a nice SUV. If I am going to purchase a high-end vehicle, I expect a wonderful experience from start to finish. Maybe he assumed I wasn't ready; too bad because I am not financing or trading. The manager of this facility is a rude human being. I would reccomend to everyone drive to another LR dealer (closest is most likely hours away) because this dealership has the cockiest attitude. Horrible customer service in the Service department. Completely overcharged for 2 year maintenance check-up and did not feel taken care of as a customer. Scheduled my appointment a week in advance, dropped my LR4 off at 8:30am. I called to check on it At 3:30pm and was told to come by in an hour. I did as instructed and when my car still wasn't ready after waiting for 45 minutes (I was told it was being washed right when I arrived), I told the service rep that I needed to go and they could stop washing my car. My car shows up looking like someone had just sprayed the hose on it in an attempt to look like someone was in the middle of washing it. Then the service rep asked for my credit card for the $732 charge!! She didnt bother going over a list of services rendered. She didn't offer to breakdown what went on for 8 hours to my car so I could understand why I was being charged such a ridiculous amount. I did ask for a print out but she still could not go over it with me. I will not be bringing my car there ever again, nor will I be recommending this dealership to anyone. More

I took my car in to have it checked on for warping sound and I was told that I had cupped tires. Mind you, the tires had about 15,000 miles on them. Went out and paid about $1,000.00 for a new set of tire and I was told that I had cupped tires. Mind you, the tires had about 15,000 miles on them. Went out and paid about $1,000.00 for a new set of tires only to have the exact same problem. Called the service dept and was first told that when you hear that sound 9 times out of 10 it's cupped tires so this is the process of elimination. My thought was, "this is an expensive process and as a consumer I don't want to pay $1,000.00 for a guess. After almost two weeks of trying to set up another appointment and very rude treatment from a service manager. The mechanic got in the car with me and within 100 yards of driving, he know the problem, a bad barring, and ask that I bring it back so that he could test it to be sure. Brought is in for the check and he was dead on and I was told that it would be over $800.00 to have it repaired. I ask the question the service manager what test did they run the first time and was there a test drive? He reared back in his chair, folded his arms, looked at me with a stern face and said, "I don't don't". Not a good answer for someone who just spent $1,000.00 and still had the same problem. Said that he would have someone in the service dept call and give me answers. Two weeks have gone by and I still have not gotten a call from anyone. Tell me, is this good service? NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
