Overall, the experience was the worst I have ever had. Specifically, when trying to get my refund for the tire and wheel policy that I canceled three years ago on another Range Rover, Mrs Dee told me to m Specifically, when trying to get my refund for the tire and wheel policy that I canceled three years ago on another Range Rover, Mrs Dee told me to my face that I did not cancel it. She then went to Mrs Teresa, who again validated that I was not due a refund. I then went to the sales manager, Mr. Eric, who initially seem to want to help me. I left then came back after I found an email recovery showing that I canceled the policy with safeguard. I showed it to Teresa who said "I don't need to see that" I then felt like they were trying to just get me to leave and I said to Mr. Eric well I just need to know if I need to get an attorney or what and he said "once someone mentions an attorney I'm done talking to them and I won't help them" I did not feel comfortable that they were gonna do anything. I proceeded myself to call safeguard who told me that yes they see that I canceled it and it would be no problem getting me the refund all I need was a call from someone at Land Rover. It took 5 minutes for safeguard to confirm this I then called Teresa and told her that I spoke with someone at safeguard who has verified that yes I did cancel it and was due a refund of $2000. Teresa said that she was busy and would get to it when she get a chance she said she didn't cancel it. Someone else did and that's their mess up. It wasn't done properly and she had other things to do, after an argument pursued with her, I decided to wait on her like she directed me as if I was begging her. The next morning Eric called me and said that Teresa was able to talk them into refunding me which was not true. I had already spoke with someone at safeguard who confirmed that there was no problem with me getting my refund. She didn't do any extra. In fact, she went out of her way to not process the refund. Since Covid customer service is at an all-time low, However, when you spend $200,000 on a vehicles within four years you expect something better. Secondly I am having problems with the door lock opening and have videos of how it will sometimes work and sometimes will not. The first day that I bought returned it for that reason , the sales guy told me oh well if it keeps doing that bring it back, which didn't make sense because that was the reason that I brought it. I have had other bad experiences with Range Rover Bluff also but for typing sake I have mentioned the most. I hope this company can get it together. More
