When I brought the car in Patty kept me informed of status and progress of service. And, was allowed to scan a coupon to her which allowed extra savings. The only negative is that I was told I no longer qualified for a Land Rover loaner and had to get an Enterprise rental, I’ve had bad experience with them and I’m always uncomfortable using them, but I had to get to work in Seattle More
Repair They said they would wash and vacuum our car but never took care of it. Also they charged us for fixing a part, after the warranty was up, for the same problem we asked them to check out multiple times before our warranty over. It felt like they did not really check out the issues earlier and as a result it cost us almost $1600. More

Adam Went Above And Beyond! I was looking for a pretty specific color/optioned Range Rover to replace our current one when the lease was expired. Our local Land Rover Dealer jus I was looking for a pretty specific color/optioned Range Rover to replace our current one when the lease was expired. Our local Land Rover Dealer just didn’t seem terribly eager to help or work to find me what I wanted so I started looking around. I contacted Adam at Land Rover Bellevue told him what i wanted and he had the exact one but his dealership was a 3 hr drive away. We wound up working out a very fair deal through phone calls, text & a couple emails and I had the new vehicle in my driveway that evening! Adam couldn’t have made it an easier transaction! Would highly recommend him! More
