Graeme met us on a previous visit to the JLRA dealership. We are not new to Land Rover ownership owning a Discovery II HSE. When we saw him again at the Range Rover Sport event we were greeted as old friends. We took a test drive and Graeme was extremely knowledgeable about the product line. We began talking about the LR4 models and subsequently bought one the same night. He took us effortlessly through the process more as a guide than a salesman. There were no pressure tactics and we are extremely happy with our purchase He personally saw to a couple of minor problems in a professional and efficient manner. I had nothing less than an exceptional visit at this Annapolis location. Robert provided a very complete, yet concise description of each detail about the Range Rover, as well as historical facts and in Annapolis location. The test drive was complete with an obstacle course to display the vehicle's breathtaking capabilities. The other employees were also very pleasant, including the Receptionist. There was not an underlying sense of dishonesty or greed, and there was no pressure or hassle. My first unscheduled service on my 2010 Jag XF. After my car was delivered we noticed the glove box would not open. Later I also noticed the interior lights were not working. I marked it down to a blown f car was delivered we noticed the glove box would not open. Later I also noticed the interior lights were not working. I marked it down to a blown fused and replaced it myself but it blew again with a large pop. I also noticed there was a squeak kind of noise coming from the engine when I first started the car unrelated to the first problem. I called the dealer late Friday and they got me scheduled for first thing Monday morning. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes with a loaner. By late afternoon they called that the car was fixed. They found an short in the interior wire rubbing against a screw that was fixed and replaced the engine belt. I returned to the dealer by 6pm the same day and got my car back. All was fixed under the warranty at no charge. I have never had such fast and customer oriented service out of a car dealership before. Kudos to all the Jag service people especially Ray Hatfield for being so quick attentive. I felt like that my satisfaction was truly important to him. I was in and out so quickly I didn't even have time to sit down before that have my paperwork taken care of and I was out of there. The only drawback was it was so fast I forgot I had wanted to order some touch-up paint for my car. An excuse to come back again. More
The dealership and especially salesman Graeme Reeves went above and beyond giving me 200% service to make me content with my purchase. All the staff was extremely courteous. I felt pampered. Graeme spared nothing to make me satisfied with my purchase even to go so far as replace the tires, rotors and brakes just because he was not happy with their condition and this was on a certified used vehicle. They gave me a loaner to use while my was being prepared and then personally delivered my car to me so I wouldn't have to drive back to the dealership. This was just superb service beyond all my previous expectations. I am spoiled for life. I can only suppose that the service department will be as excellent as sales when it comes time for service work. More

Amy Anderson was superb to work with. My husband, Eric, has always wanted a Jaguar convertible. He teases me every year during his birthday about getting one, just like on car commericals with the big red has always wanted a Jaguar convertible. He teases me every year during his birthday about getting one, just like on car commericals with the big red bow. Well, Amy made my husband's dream come true on his birthday this year on June 11th. I found the perfect one on the internet site and called Amy on the evening of June 10th to see if it was somehow possible to purchase this as a surprise for Eric on his birthday, for his to have the next day. She was able to somehow make this magically possible, to even include driving the vehicle down to Gaithersburg where I work on the afternoon of June 11th, have me sign all the papers, and then drive away with it in order to have it waiting for Eric in front of our townhouse in Frederick when he came home from work that day. She even gave me a big RED BOW too - just like the commercials and his dreams!!!!! He is still in shock and we love the car. Amy's customer service was BEYOND BELIEF and AMAZING! Thank you, Amy, for all your extra, extra efforts on my behalf. It was beyond my wildest dreams and I did not even think it was possible.
