Amy made it all about me and my fiancé, taking her time, and personalizing every step of the process, with absolutely no pressure. It felt like we were "at home." Every second we were there, we were her priority, no exceptions. Honesty, integrity, professionalism - NOTHING short of the best. And it didn't stop with Amy. The finance staff were just as wonderful. From Mike who started the process to Leo who closed the deal, the level of care and attention from this team was equally impressive. It looks as though this Dealership has experienced a complete turnaround from its previous Owner and Management, and not a moment too soon. I had spoken to many Buyers from the previous dealership stru complete turnaround from its previous Owner and Management, and not a moment too soon. I had spoken to many Buyers from the previous dealership structure and none, including my own was good with the exception of our Sales Person Frank Elizondo. The new structure and our new Land Rover purchase was straight to the point, and the staff is far more professional and on-time than the previous. In addition, with the ratings experienced much improvement in the newly designed Land Rover, we are hopeful the issues of the past will be long forgotten with our 2012 Range Rover purchase that had multiple problems. Giving the new dealership a "10" gladly! More
Absolute WORST! Start out great service and sales to get you in the door and sold. I was sold a lemon and they wanted no parts of helping! Had more than 8 loaners in one year! Absolute diasapoinment. Carnell was simply awesome. He was friendly, kind, honest and is an incredible asset to this dealership. He was patient with me, had a warm, comforting perspective, and made what at times is a diffic honest and is an incredible asset to this dealership. I have bought cars online for darn near close to 20 years and never had a dealer so non-accomodating as this place. I found a nice Mercedes convertible that they had online that I wanted to buy. I called the dealership and spoke to a young lady named Amy. Well Amy told me that they had the car and sent me a bunch of pictures of the car. She went as far as telling me the defects the car had. Well I was happy and wanted to buy it. I offered to put a deposit on the car and come and pick it up in 2 days as I was going to have to fly in. "We don't hold cars over the phone" she told me. I told her I don't want her to hold the car, I want to purchase the car.... I even offered to pay for the car in full before I would even fly down there. "NO" she told me that they could pick me up when I flew in but could not hold the car. I asked her why in God's name would I buy an airline ticket, make travel plans and fly down there just to find out that the car is sold. She told me that is their policy, that they don't sell cars over the internet! Yes that's right, ladies and gentlemen, in the year 2013 going into 2014 we might have found a car dealer in the first world that doesn't sell cars over the internet! I asked to speak to her manager, I spoke to the sales manager named "Chris" who told me the same thing that their policy is only to sell the car to a customer that comes in. More
Our buying experience at Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis was top notch. On the day we traded in our old discovery and bought an LR4, we met almost everyone on staff as they made a point of coming over to say h top notch. That kind of family atmosphere and quality people is why its worth paying a little more for a Land Rover. Mike Kelley was great to work with on the Maintenance side of the house and Graeme Reeves made our used car buying experience fantastic. We traded in a used discovery and Graeme showed in writing the Kelly Blue Book price which matched exactly what I had found doing my own research. Graeme's past maintenance experience gave him added credibility in our eyes and helped him easily explain some of the important differences and issues we had with the LR Discovery we traded in and the used LR4 we bought. The listed price of the used LR4 was below Kelly Blue book as well. Overall, the staff, and the positive personal interactions we had when buying our LR4 made for a great car buying experience, I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis. More
