When Graeme was working the deal with you at no time either in person or via email did you indicate that you owed $7000 more on your trade than the appraised value we gave you a week earlier. When you came in to purchase the LR2 it was at that time Graeme was informed of the negative equity in the trade by you. We even reviewed the emails and there was never a discussion of the payoff amount in any of the negotiations. The price offered on the LR2 never changed as quoted to you. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Please understand that it was never our intention to mislead you.

Mr. Faulring, The vehicle was available online and was awaiting completion of a Maryland State Inspection before any sale could be conducted.
