Kevin Davis is a true blessing for me! NOT ONLY did Kevin find the parts for me right away, but went out of his way to make it work for me and met me to give me the parts!! We were pleased with Joe. He was patient and not at all pushy. It can become a bit of a task to buy a car these days, everyone wants a deal ( both the buyer and the seller) but CapVolvo treated us differen pushy. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2007. Early on, I began having some significant issues with my XC90 which is no fault of the service department - they didn't build! However, this service department has treated me an my vehcile as if they personally own it. The things they did to correct problems and compensate me for my time and trouble represnts the ultimate of customer service. Noteworthy of mention is Kevin Davis, Director or the Parts Department who has seen me through my issues from the beginning. He is professional; knowledgeable; extends himself beyond what a customer would expect from the parts Department. He is one of the staff members who has not been replaced and knows my vehicle. He personally took a special interest to ensure my issues were handled properly. Another noteworthy of mention is Sam, a long term technicial. He gets to "know" a vehcile. Sam is a really nice guy. He has driven with me to identify a problem that no one could find or duplicate based on my explanation. We drove and I said, "that's it, did you hear it"? He did and knew exactly what I had been trying to describe - and he fixed it! There is a fairly new General Manager on board and after about a 20 minute conversation with him, I have am confident that he understands the view of the customer and I expect he will make a great dealership even better. A sales department can sell you a vehicle, however the service department is where you really get to experience the depth of a dealership. I highly recommend the Volvo brand and Capital Luxury Car Company - they will serve you well! More
I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership,a '95 volvo 940 wagon,'02 s60,and a '13 C30. They are easy to work with during a sale,and their service and parts departments are excellent! Kevin Davis, a 25 year employee has been an extremely positive influence and an amazing Ambassador for the dealership. The change of service writers takes some adjusting to and I feel that most Volvo customers value long term products and relationships. Because of the uniqueness of the Volvo customer I feel that it is important that consistency and longevity with staff is essential. absent of that both the success of the business and growth will be jeopardized. If the dealership does not commit to that I feel that Lower cost alternatives will be sought. I do not want to be one of those customers who just shops by price. Quality service (including low turnover) will help me always be a satisfied customer. More
