This was my first experience with Capital Luxury Car Company and I needed warranty work & to check on some parts. Both Jodi & Keven were very professional, knowledgeable, friendy & made me feel like I Company and I needed warranty work & to check on some parts. Kevin Davis is a true blessing for me! I was looking for a Volvo dealership nearest my home and calling Capital was a long ride away but if I could find the part I needed ( for a 1987 Volvo 240) it would be a Volvo dealership nearest my home and calling Capital was a long ride away but if I could find the part I needed ( for a 1987 Volvo 240) it would be worth the time and ride. NOT ONLY did Kevin find the parts for me right away, but went out of his way to make it work for me and met me to give me the parts!! We were pleased with Joe. He was patient and not at all pushy. It can become a bit of a task to buy a car these days, everyone wants a deal ( both the buyer and the seller) but CapVolvo treated us differen pushy. It can become a bit of a task to buy a car these days, everyone wants a deal ( both the buyer and the seller) but CapVolvo treated us differently... hence we had a better experience, better than when shopping other Volvo dealers. I hope to send family and friends go to see Joe, I will be sure to suggest him. I also am expecting the same level of continued postive attitude /service and commitment to quality and customer relations should any issues arise down the road.
