A Terrific Sales Person If it were not for Cidalia Millham's energy and dedication, I would not be driving my beautiful, new, "power blue" 2014 Volvo S60 today and I probably If it were not for Cidalia Millham's energy and dedication, I would not be driving my beautiful, new, "power blue" 2014 Volvo S60 today and I probably would have lost out on a great deal! On that fateful Friday morning, I had simply gone to the dealer for service on my 2002 Volvo. I had decided to wait while the servicing was done as I thought it would give me a an opportunity to simply "look" at the new cars. After all, my car was 12 years old and always seemed to be needing work of late. When I walked in to the showroom, there on the floor was a beautiful blue car - my color of choice and an S60 to boot. Rarely had I seen a blue car in the showroom! I saw the sticker price and thought way too pricey but it was exactly what I wanted. Then Cidalia noticed me looking and asked if I was interested. I said I was but was going to think about it. Not today. A few minutes later, Cidalia returned and told me that my timing was right for a good deal. The 2015s were coming in and the car in the showroom was a beauty. She returned again to say I really shouldn't wait. What did I need for a price. I said I was thinking of leasing this time, I told her to give me the very best deal she could. A little while later that is exactly what she did. The numbers worked! I told her I would need to talk to my husband first. Then she offered to let me test drive the car home so I could talk to my husband. My husband agreed it was a great deal. And so I drove back to Capital Volvo and told Cidalia she had a deal. She checked and then told me I could have the car Monday evening. From that moment on Cidalia did everything to make signing the paperwork on Monday as easing as pie. She took care of EVERYTHING! She called me on Monday and told me everything was all set and I could come in and close the deal. While we did the financial papers with Mark Taylor (who by the way was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with) Cidalia took care of removing the license plates from my old car and putting them on the new one, no easy task I might add!! Once we were done with all the paperwork, CIdalia took time to sit in the car with me and go over some of the features. She even set up my phone for me. She followed up a few days to see how I was enjoying my new car. I told her I loved it and wanted to bring it in to have the Xylon coating done. She immediately said she would set up the appointment for me which she did. When I brought the car in, she greeted me and talked to the service person. She then kept me informed throughout the process, making sure they were doing a good job. When I told her I wanted to buy rubber mats as she had suggested, she brought me to the parts department and introduced me Kevin Davis, who also was very friendly and helpful. As soon as I had made the purchase, Cidalia whisked the mats away and went to install them for me. She really meant it when she said she would be there for me! She told me I should always call her first, if ever I had a problem or a question and I surely will. Cidalia really is TERRIFIC and a sales person I have come to trust. And thanks to her I now have a beautiful new blue Volvo. Thank you, Cidalia!! More
