After the sale, she sat with me and showed me all the various features of the car. I then received a hand written thank you card from Cidalia in the mail and a follow up phone call to make sure I was completely satisfied...which I am! Certainly Worth the Second Trip We initially went into the dealership to look at one type of vehicle and then came across what ultimately ended up being the vehicle purchased. While looking at the vehicles on the lot, Cidalia Millham came right up to us and asked how she could be of assistance. Although she had a full day she made sure she took the time to go over the vehicle as best she could with us. Following the test drive we decided that we should sit down and try to figure out the particulars of the vehicle. **Note: The next part of this review becomes a little negative but PLEASE continue reading because it gets much better.** Cidalia introduced us to Mr. Kirschman, the Used Car Manager, who behaved in such a manner that I was moments from turning around and walking out of the dealership if it were not considered disrespectful. I most certainly understand that people are allowed to have bad days but Mr. Kirschman's demeanor is nothing like what I expected to see out of anyone. Cidalia continued to go out of her way to make us feel welcomed and offered up her contact information if I wanted to move forward with the vehicle (which, at the time in my head, was a certain "no.") After we left we thought about the vehicle, how nice it was, and decided that we would go back the following day. Unfortunately Cidalia was not working the following day but fortunately Mr. Kirschman was not either. I made it a point to not tip anyone off that was there the second day about the negative experience because I wanted a fair assessment of the group; not in a conniving way, just objective. We were promptly welcomed by Kevin Twomey who showed an interest in helping us during Round 2. Since we had driven the vehicle the first day we did not think it was necessary to do it again but they were sure to offer it. Kevin explained that it was his primary objective to not make the experience and process today one that was described as cumbersome/clunky. He quickly gathered a group of people, some of which I never met but surely worked vehemently, to appraise my trade-in and prepare the vehicle that I ended up purchasing. Bob Chetwynd made it a point to come over early in the process to introduce himself and, too, offered a high-calibre experience. The same vehicle that Mr. Kirschman said on the first day that he would have no use for and I was way over an appropriate asking price was quickly complemented by staff members and, in a moment of internal chuckle, was traded in at the very same number I said on the first day. Skipping ahead a few hours of formalities and due process, Kevin and Bob worked to ensure that our experience was enjoyable. Not only were they efficient but they recognized that this was a sale that we wanted to happen today (albeit later in the day) and they said that it WOULD happen. Mark Taylor then got involved as the Finance Department, a job I am certainly happy he enjoys, and he made the numbers work. As others that were working that day began to leave the group that was helping with this vehicle made it a point to stay which was a very nice gesture. Paperwork was printed, lots of signatures happened, and ultimately we drove off the lot with the very vehicle that we almost walked away from the day prior because of one person's actions. All-in-all it was an experience that will lead me to return when I am due for my next vehicle if I am still in the Capital District. My 1-5 Scores would have all been "5's" if it were not for that little hiccup. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Big Fan of Cidalia Millham I stopped in the dealership one snowy Saturday afternoon just wanting to "look" at a new S60 to see if I was interested enough to give up my beloved 2 I stopped in the dealership one snowy Saturday afternoon just wanting to "look" at a new S60 to see if I was interested enough to give up my beloved 2004 Saab 9-3 Arc. As soon as my husband and I walked in the showroom, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who called Cidalia over to assist us. She greeted us with a warmth and friendliness that made us feel as though we have known her all of our life. She listened to my interests and suggested we go for a drive. I was reluctant because the weather wasn't very good. Cidalia said, "This is exactly the weather you want to drive this car in. Every car is easy to drive on a beautiful blue sky day, but this car, this weather was made for this car. It will make you feel safe driving in this weather." Once in the beautifully appointed and super comply car, Cidalia directed me to a twisty, turn, bumpy road that provided one of the best test drives I have ever experienced. I was sold!!! Throughout the negotiation, Cidalia really listened to what I wanted AND she spoke to me, while engaging my husband in conversation to the extent that he was interested. She is the only car salesperson I have worked with that really advocated on my behalf and she got me what I wanted. When I went in to pick up my Volvo, Cidalia sat in the car with me as she made sure my mobile phone synced with the bluetooth, and ensured that I was very well versed on every aspect of my car's operation. She introduced me to everyone: the business managers, Parts guys, Service people and the receptionist, who all to a person was very knowledgeable and friendly. With Cidalia, our contact did not end at the signing of the contract and delivery of the car. She made it very clear that she is my "go to" person for everything regarding my Volvo and she checks in with me regularly. Already, I've recommended her to 3 or my friends. What can I say? She's the greatest! More

I've owned Volvos for the last 25 years (1987 240, still running; 1989 240 traded in for my currently owned 2002 XC70). On Feb 25, 2014 my wife and I went to Capital Volvo to purchase a new Volvo. Whe still running; 1989 240 traded in for my currently owned 2002 XC70). On Feb 25, 2014 my wife and I went to Capital Volvo to purchase a new Volvo. When we parked our XC70, we met Cidalia. We all went inside to discuss what we were looking for and Cidalia showed us the new Volvos on the floor.We decided on a 2014 XC70 with specific features. The vehicle with those features was not on site, but Cidalia was able to reach out and obtain the XC70 that we wanted from another Volvo dealer. She promised that the vehicle will be ready for us to pickup on Feb 28, 2014, and it was. Cidalia was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone wishing to purchase/lease a Volvo.
