I live in western Howard county. Therefore, I could easily drive 13 minutes to the Jaguar dealership in Clarksville but I choose instead to drive the 50 minutes to Jaguar Hunt Valley Therefore, I could easily drive 13 minutes to the Jaguar dealership in Clarksville but I choose instead to drive the 50 minutes to Jaguar Hunt Valley. Why? Because everyone in the Service Department (Grant, Alex, Bill and Adrian) consistently treat me like I own the place . Can't ask nor expect anything better. More

I paid $350 for an oil change. That’s way too much $$ and should be covered under my extended warranty but was not.
