Coming up on the two year anniversary since I purchased my jaguar F pace. Diane and Sebastian have consistently been phenomenal as far as customer service. $2,400 spent on Oct 30 kept the engine warning light off for 160 miles. Not much benefit for those dollars. Dealer began work again on Nov 10. On Nov 12 received verbal estimate of $3,500 (mostly for la for 160 miles. Not much benefit for those dollars. Dealer began work again on Nov 10. On Nov 12 received verbal estimate of $3,500 (mostly for labor) plus tax. Picked up car on Nov 14. Final bill was over $5,900. No warning the bill would be nearly 60% more than estimate. More
