After finding the car that I thought I would like to own, my daughter talked to A.J. about the car and set up an appointment with him for me. She was also impressed with what seemed to be a genuine interest in helping customers and in particular me. A.J. was just great! He was polite and honest with me from the first moment. He had a copy of the car fax waiting for me at the time of my appointment. He was thoughful and knowledgeable about the car and all the details I needed to know. Mike, too, was great at explaining everything to me about the finance options and arranged for me to get the very best options! I will be back for another car from A.J. We purchased a Jaguar XF from Jaguar Plano, and had it delivered to New Orleans, LA. The whole sales process was handled courteously, and at no point in time were we pressured into making a decision. Jack was extremely professional, and knowledgeable. Jack was upfront in all our connversations, and there were no "gotchas" or surprises at closing. He handled the whole process from the intial negotiations to getting our car on a truck from Dallas to New Orleans (you have to contract with the shippers yourself). The Earth Auto Shippers recommended by Jaguar Plano were fantastic also. We received our car within 24 hrs of scheduling, and in excellent condition. We would highly recommend Jaguar Plano to anyone, and especially to those making out-of-state purchases. More

I have been looking at replacing my Infiniti G37 and going back to Jaguar. I drove an S Type for 7 years loving every minute of it. My wife and I stopped by the dealership on a Saturday afternoon just going back to Jaguar. I drove an S Type for 7 years loving every minute of it. My wife and I stopped by the dealership on a Saturday afternoon just to look at new 2012 XF's. The dealership was VERY BUSY. We were surprised as to just how busy they were. I was thinking I should have called ahead. However, Steve Lester came over and introduced himself to us and said that he would be right with us as soon as he took care of another couple. We didn't have to wait long. He asked me what I was looking for and he then took us out to look at a couple of cars and then let us drive an XF to see if I liked the ride and feel of the car. After returning to the dealership he had already pulled up my information from their system and worked up some numbers for us to look at. He had trade in information for my G37, we just needed to agree on a trade in value. We didn't jump right then, instead going home to think it over. After more research I felt I was getting a good deal on the car and trade and decided to make the purchase that Monday morning. Steve and I agreed on a meet time. It only took us 30 minutes to do the paperwork and then Steve took time to review all the features of the car, all while he had another customer waiting to take delivery on his new car. Steve did not rush me and answered every question I had. Since my purchase I have received several emails and calls from him wanting to know if I was happy with my purchase. Indeed I am! It was literally 109 degrees and 5:00 friday evening when we drove into Parkplace. Steve Lester came out immediately to greet and welcome us. He pulled up the vehicle for us and as we were test driving one he had another cooling off from the soarching heat. We went to dinner to decide on which vehicle we wanted and while I was in the restaurant my husband and Steve suprisingly began the paperwork for my new Jaguar. As we returned back to the dealership Steve had everything ready for us and it literally took 15 minutes. Unbenounced to us, Steve got off work at 5:00 but had stayed just to help us. We have been home for 5 days and we have already had a voice mail from Steve checking on us to see if we had any new questions. He was a joy to do business with.
