Stay away I had the Check Engine Light of my 2009 Jaguar XF light up and took it to this dealer who sent it in to Jaguar. To cut the long story short the diagno I had the Check Engine Light of my 2009 Jaguar XF light up and took it to this dealer who sent it in to Jaguar. To cut the long story short the diagnosis was that they had to reset the computer (at 0 cost). It was a simple procedure for them. Why is it that when I get my vehicle back, the engine fan would switch on and keep running for about 5 minutes after I shut down the engine. Come to find out, they had ruptured the thermostat in the process, and now my car was running hot and the car would cool off itself by switching on the fan. Shortly after this repair, the CEL lights up again, I take it to the dealer who takes it in to Jaguar, and now I am told the car has a bad passenger side bearing that made it undriveable (I had absolutely no problems in my wheel or drive train prior to bringing it in to the shop. no noise, no clanking, no wobbling, nothing). Now all of a sudden the bearing is so bad that it makes a loud clanging sound and is strongly recommended I fix it . They were going to charge me nearly $2,000 to fix both the thermostat and bearing (a problem they created), and ensured that I left the car in their shop by telling me the car was undriveable. I decided to repair just the bearing (~$700), as at least, I could drive the car off their lot. With my car going off extended warranty shortly after the first "repair" where they possibly deliberately damaged my thermostat, I got my car back after having them replace my bearing just so I can drive off their lot with the exact problem that brought the car to their repair center in the first place. The level of service only screams incompetence. I love my Jaguar XF, but I can comfortably say, I will never buy a Jaguar ever again. It is not the car that's the problem, it is the dubious or incompetent mechanics at the dealer who do not have an honest bone in them. I feel straight up hosed by these people, and they will never see a red cent of my money ever again. More

She had our interest at heart and we would highly recommend asking for Laura the next time you're in the market for a car -- new or used. She is one of the best our family has ever worked with! We also worked with Daniel on closing the deal and working with him was also a pleasure! Whoever is doing the hiring and setting the tone at Park Place Jaguar is doing a great job!!! More

Brad Pyatt blew me away to the amount of knowledge he knew about the 2011 LS 460 Lexus. He was patient, polite, professional, friendly and courteous. The paperwork process was a breeze (no hassle) and the warranty on the vehicle was tailored to suit my driving mileage. Brad exceeded my expectations and the entire experience was non-stressful. I'm not so sure I I couldn't decide between the Porsche Boxster, Cayenne or the F-Type. As a previous owner of both Jaguar and Porsche, I was torn. I'm not so sure I would have gone with the F-Type or even Jaguar, if I hadn't worked with Paul Light. In the distant past, I felt that Sales at another Jaguar dealership did not take my buying needs seriously,as if I was being "qualified" which eventually caused me to move on to another type of car & dealership. From the moment I met Paul, he made me feel comfortable and addressed all my concerns. I only had an hour to test drive the car and have quick conversations with him the day I stopped in. I had a lot going on that week (mom's move, vet appt.'s, etc., etc.,) and he was very patient with me and was not ever pushy. He was just very thorough to follow up with me and allow me enough time to get in my mind set in making a decision. With very little effort on my part, he handled all prior paperwork and make the final sales transaction go very smoothly even surprising my husband on the day of the sale. If I even had a doubt that this would be the right car, I feel now assured it was the right choice. I appreciate the time he spent showing me all the features of this car to where I feel comfortable and not have to keep referring to a manual. I am so excited to be back again with Jaguar and the way the car drives is a DREAM! Jaguar ~ as long as you have Paul ~ you have my business for life! What Should Be Called A NON Certified Jaguar I purchased my 2010 XK because of the Certified Jaguar Used Car reputation. This is my 6th Jaguar and have ALWAYS been happy in the past. Purchased my vehicle via the internet and this dealership should not be certifying cars. After going through my car thoroughly, Jaguar wants nearly $ 13,000 to fix the "cosmetic" things that should have been taken care of prior to it being called a Certified Jaguar Used Car. More
