Redemption I purchased a 2012 CPO Jaguar XF. I have always been a BMW fan and have owned 5 of them, but read the reviews and decided to go test an XF for my wif I purchased a 2012 CPO Jaguar XF. I have always been a BMW fan and have owned 5 of them, but read the reviews and decided to go test an XF for my wife. The car drove great and had tons of power so I bought it on the spot. Literally as I was driving home from the dealer, I smelled antifreeze. Turns out the water pump failed. Called the service department and they got me a new XF to drive while the promptly repaired mine and added the window tint I requested. It was fixed in a day and we could not be more pleased with the service we received. I was so impressed with the service, I even brought in my Audi S5 to have them tint the windows on that car as well. Park Place Jaguar turned what could have been an nightmare into a pleasant experience and have earned my business in the future by doing so. More

the worst service department experience ever I took my 2000 S type - a car that wins when it is in the Jaguar car shows for customized cars - the car only has 19,000 miles and has never driven i I took my 2000 S type - a car that wins when it is in the Jaguar car shows for customized cars - the car only has 19,000 miles and has never driven in the rain. The car had an electrical problem - the part had to come from England. Every other luxury dealer would have called me with an update on receiving the part and how long it would take to install the part. 4 weeks later with no communication, my husband called. They located the part which they had received and installed it , leaving a message that it was ready for pick up When we arrived - we found that they had left the car outside in the 100 degree heat for 3 weeks - and the headliner had come loose and fallen down in back so that it covered the back window . If the service tech has even looked at it , he would have seen there was no rear vision - the car should never have been delivered this way. Any other dealer , with a decent service tech , would have looked at the car before calling us to pick up and told us about the headliner . We would have told them to send it out and repair - we didn't Question the price on the part from England and would have been fine with the cost to repair of the headliner. We were so mad about the LACK OF SERVICE experience that we drove the car home and ended up denting the car when my husband backed into the garage. I complained and they offered to pick the car up and have the liner repaired . Because they delivered the car in dangerous condition , I thought they should repair the dent . They did not agree . When I spoke with the service manager , he tried to defend the service rep - telling me that since I was planning to sell the car, I shouldn't expect them to give me the same kind of service that someone who recently purchased a car. In addition , the interior had grease stain. So , if your car isn't new and/or you don't plan to purchase one soon , then expect second class treatment More

Love this place! I bought my XJL about a year and a half ago from Park Place Jaguar in Plano and this is by far, the best dealership I have ever done business with.
