He scheduled a meeting that day and had the model of car waiting on me when I got there. He was very knowledgeable about the first model I looked at and then I decided I like another model more. So he pulled that one around and knew everything about that car. I never felt pressured and was comfortable knowing that Brad just wanted to answer any questions that I had. The car sells itself, but the experience will bring me back when it's time to get another car. More
