Jaguar Columbia from Linda and Tony in service and even Frank as GM did a wonderful job fighting (yes fighting) with JLR to properly repair the defunct telematic unit in my F type. Dustin (tech) diagnosed Frank as GM did a wonderful job fighting (yes fighting) with JLR to properly repair the defunct telematic unit in my F type. Dustin (tech) diagnosed the issue months ago but had to "prove" his case to JLR. With the help of all above he was successful. The downside is the regional JLR rep. was absent in her duties and by that absence gave the strong impression she did not care. Again thanks to all above for pleasing a lifelong Jaguar customer in the difficult times. More
