For example, the very thorough and enjoyable salesperson personally checked the car before shipping to me, and found a part missing. Comfortable with Mr. Flynn, I instructed him to release the car for shipment and let the missing part follow. And it did, the next day, by FedEx. The car showed up at my door on time, delivered by two total class act gentlemen. I sent it to my Jag mechanic in Cleveland, North Coast Exotics, best Jag/Bentley/AstonMartin service anywhere, who pronounced it "spectacular." How about that. This is a 13 year old Jaguar!
