Simple oil change resulted in 800.00 bill and 1 week later.. I would not recommend this dealer to purchase or service a volvo. After the oil change 1 day later the Strut bearing (designed by Volvo to reduce ru I would not recommend this dealer to purchase or service a volvo. After the oil change 1 day later the Strut bearing (designed by Volvo to reduce rubber squeak) started squeaking. That was fixed for 695.00. When we got the home the Center Console display didn't work, nor did the backup camera, BLISS, Navigation and just about everything else connected to the network. The tech tried to download new software but couldn't get it to update. Two days later magically he got it to update the software. Another $125. This is my 5th bad experience with this dealership. One was for a new Volvo SC60 they couldn't deliver after 8 days. Plan to trade my last Volvo for another more reliable brand. More

The best of the best The service staff are the most friendly people you could meet. This visit was for a state inspection and to fix a brake light problem. I set up the ap The service staff are the most friendly people you could meet. This visit was for a state inspection and to fix a brake light problem. I set up the appointment by phone and they were ready for me when I arrived. Booking in was very smooth, as always and the personal service is really unmatched any where else, like meeting old friends. These are awesome folk. While I was there they took care of another customer with exactly the same care and attention explaining what was found and how the repairs could be done. More

Excellent Service I called due to a nail in my tire and was able to go right up to the service. They took my car right in, fixed the tire and washed and vacuumed the ca I called due to a nail in my tire and was able to go right up to the service. They took my car right in, fixed the tire and washed and vacuumed the car which was totally unexpected for basically a walk in appointment. Waited about 30 minutes. Great service as always. More
