terrific service On Saturday my tire exploded as I was traveling with my dog in the back seat. For the first time, I used the Volvo app to request service. To my amazement I received a call within 2 minutes and had roadside service within the time stated( (1/2 hr.). I called Jaffarian to see if I could come.there immediately with the spare donut tire and to ask if ok to bring my dog. The service personnel were busy so the receptionist went downstairs ti check. I received a text to come in and ok to bring the dog. Within an hour(at most) I had a new tire and was driving away. Top service and no overselling, Really nice people. More

I brought the car in at 8, chose the free car wash over the available premium options and sat down with my magazine and phone in what is a very spacious, comfortable waiting room. The car was ready in an hour, sitting out by the door for me to drive it away. The experience could not have been much better. More
