We recently purchased a certified used X60 from Jaffarian Volvo. After having the vehicle for a week, we noticed that there seemed to be an issue with the alignment. I brought my X60 in, they realigned it Volvo. After having the vehicle for a week, we noticed that there seemed to be an issue with the alignment. I brought my X60 in, they realigned it free of charge - no questions asked! Jonathan, also went over the navigation system with me and helped me update the apps. I cannot say enough about the Jaffarian family. Very happy customers. More

So when I dropped off my truck I had a small chip on the windshield directly in front of the drivers side. After the service it was a massive crack. They informed me that could have been caused by the imp windshield directly in front of the drivers side. After the service it was a massive crack. They informed me that could have been caused by the impact gun or simply putting it on the lift and refused to take responsibility. What I don't understand is why "professionals" who do this every day did not inform me of the risk and give me the option to reschedule. Now instead of simply getting the chip filled I'm forced to pay hundreds of dollars to get a whole new windshield. This has killed any faith I had in the service department and I will not be returning. More
