No pressure but when they said it should be done every 120,000 miles or 10 years I had them do. They, like me are also concerned with safety and this could have been a major issue if it failed. More

Volvo Service dept. As always, I received wonderful service from Renee and the staff at the Volvo service dept. Renee is always professional, polite and knowledgeable. She relates the recommendations of the technicians to me, but never in a pushy, "you really need to get this done" way. If I need to leave my car for extended periods of time she has a car available to borrow, which is a huge convenience! As nice as the waiting room is, I really appreciate not being held captive there or having to make arrangements to get home. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars is I feel the labor cost is on the higher end. Otherwise, great job Jaffarian!! More
