Overall good Almost always had a great experience bringing my car in for work at Jaffarian. The service people are friendly and pleasant. This time I brought my car in for a air-conditioning problem that occured after the car had been running for at least a half hour during hot days while sitting in traffic. Something they weren't able to replicate in their garage. I paid for an AC recharge as they couldn't find a problem. Now There is considerably more time that I am subject to comfortable temperatures before the problem begins to re-occur. So the only downside to my experience with them is that it seems as if once in a while they don't attempt to replicate the situation as fully as they could. More

Great dealership I was a little apprehensive when I drove so far from my house to go look at cars at Jaffarian. They've got a wonderful sitting area if you are waiting to have service.. Personnel are wonderful. Not sorry that I travelled a little out of my area to buy car here. More
