tire repair On 3/4/15, I brought in my truck which I told the service dept had a lead in the tire pressure gauge where the stem meets the gauge unit which was cov On 3/4/15, I brought in my truck which I told the service dept had a lead in the tire pressure gauge where the stem meets the gauge unit which was covered by an extended warranty. They had the vehicle all day and assured me there was no leak. Four days later on 3/9, the same tire was flat. I called the dealler and asked to speak with Gary Jaffarian, the owner, who has always been pleasant with me in the past. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes the operator came back on and said she could not locate him. I was forced to contact Toyota and open a complaint on the issue. They asked me if I was willing to take it back to the dealership and I caved in. The dealership admitted that in fact the stem was leaking and replaced it. There was no apology from the service maqnager for the incovinence they caused me. I told him don't worry I would not be back for service and the dealership and possibly Totota has lost the sale of a new Camry within two months. More

My car needed repair from the collision department. This was my first trip to Jaffarian and they were very helpful. The repair was done in a timely manner and I was called to pick up my Tiguan. The Tiguan w was my first trip to Jaffarian and they were very helpful. The repair was done in a timely manner and I was called to pick up my Tiguan. The Tiguan was spotless. They vacuumed the interior of the Tiguan and the trunk. It looked brand new, even though it is a 2010. It was the best repair and cleaning I have seen. Other dealerships say they clean the cars, but the Tiguan has never been this clean after the other dealerships I have been to. You can research all the specs and reviews for buying a new car, but if the service department does not do its job of continuing to create a good customer relationship, then that dealership loses business and future sale when a new car is needed. The sales and service personnel were awesome. Beginning with the sales department. As soon as I walked into the Jaffarian Dealership a sales person sought me out and asked how can he help me. I told him th with the sales department. As soon as I walked into the Jaffarian Dealership a sales person sought me out and asked how can he help me. I told him that I was looking for a particular type and color vehicle. I told him not to waste both our time if he did not have what I wanted. He told me to wait a few minutes and he went and came back with the car I wanted a Gold color 4 door sedan with all the bells and whistles. It was the first time in my life that I bought a car without shopping around. When it was time to service my car, I could not be more surprised, they even washed the car, what more could you ask for? More
