This was a very good experience. My only negative with the whole experience is the cost of gap insurance. It’s ridiculously higher than going through your own insurance company! ( My only negative with the whole experience is the cost of gap insurance. It’s ridiculously higher than going through your own insurance company! (Could have got gap insurance through my own company for $30. A year). This is not necessarily the fault of any of your employees but whoever is charging these exorbitant rates! More

I walked in to the dealership wanting to drive a tundra, particularly a platinum. I was greeted by “Ronnie Rosario, sales manager ” who was very friendly and willing to answer all my questions. I drove the platinum but we didn’t come together on the numbers. I asked him to check on the Limiteds for me. After a few minutes of checking on the computer he said give me a minute and left after asking me if I liked white or black. I’m trading in a black Tacoma so I said white. I explained to Ronnie that I wanted the best price on my trade in and my purchase. He brought out a wind chill pearl Limited hybrid, gave me top dollar for my trade and the “best” price for the new truck. So simple, so quick and a new friend as well. More
