BUYER BEWARE! !! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS!! We bought a 2019 Ford T250 high top extended van. Upon driving it home from dealership, the engine light ki !! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS!! We bought a 2019 Ford T250 high top extended van. Upon driving it home from dealership, the engine light kicked on. Contacted them IMMEDIATELY that next morning. They said bring it in, they'd look at it. What they actually did was clear the code to get the engine light to kick back off to make us go away. Turns out after taking it elsewhere to see what that code was, it is perm lockout code (which was over 30 days old since in perm lockout, we had the van less than 1 hour of this engine light kicking on). Turns out, we were sold a $41,000+ vehicle with MAJOR problems. They wanted to wait it out until extended warranty kicked in (per their employee, which turns out is ILLEGAL for a dealership to do, extended warranty refused the claim). So now to fix this problem that they knowingly sold to us, it will be another 4k which they flat refuse to acknowledge. Be VERY wary of this place. They will pass you around pretending to be of assistance, when in all reality they have ZERO intentions of remedying absolutely anything. We will be contacting a consumer auto fraud atty as well as the consumer fraud division over dealerships. More

Drove over two hours to come check out a bulletproof SUV, with my mom and 1 year-old-daughter, only to ended up getting my father an incredibly safe, gorgeous, reliable, and almost 100% brand new vehicle. ♥️ From calling first thing in the morning, speaking with their lovely associate over the phone, and setting up an appointment for that afternoon- I was so prepared on my own before and with her suggestions plus a detailed email of ALL the vehicles we spoke about, I was so very exited to check out the SUV I had called about and HOPED to see the Jeep I was dreaming about. Once we arrived, the three of us ladies were met with the kindest assistance by the team and the gentleman who helped us with our visit- ALL THE WAAAAY OVER HERE -just so happened to be a friend of mine from when I attended college and was living south of Raymond James Stadium, Obi. Obi and I hadn’t spoken in over 10 years; however, his professionalism knew no limits! I had no idea who he was when we shook hands, but I knew his name was familiar and it gave me an amazing sense of security and trust in the team handling this very important purchasing decision. He asked me questions about why I chose the car and what were the most important reason for choosing these particular vehicles, and he brought out my two choices and test drove the Jeep I had wanted. While we were taking the Jeep through a series of different terrains with my mom and daughter in the back seat, I asked where I knew him from and it was only then that I realized he was someone from so far away!! After this, everything about why I was drawn to this shop made more sense!! The universe brought us here because their whole team took care of my family. Instead of getting the car I wanted, they helped me find a car that worked with the future of my family and that I really loved. I was trying to go for something different than what I had always known and Obi helped me take care of my dad AND my daughter all in one swift meeting. It was more important to me that my family was safe and as someone who I realized KNEW ME- I immediately let my guard down and Obi, the General Manager, the Finance Man, even The Gorgeous Lady with Red Hair- who let my little girl play with her duck all day -they ALL took care to get us through communicating across the state and delivering my father the car and keys. Obi was so great in helping out our family and made me feel so comfortable saying that, YES- when I do come back to get my Bulletproof SUV -I’ll know exactly where to go, because I know just the right guys to find the most beautiful exotic cars, Jeeps with the right amount of unique flair, and all of these Ladies and Gentlemen gave us the honesty and love that you deserve when buying a car to protect and take care of your family.
