There were issues that I noticed with the vehicle that I was looking at, and I was assured that they would be fixed if I purchased a vehicle such as a ticking sound coming from the engine, as well as the ve was looking at, and I was assured that they would be fixed if I purchased a vehicle such as a ticking sound coming from the engine, as well as the vehicle, needing new tires and also needing a spare tire. I was promised that those things were gonna be taken care of and they never were. Then, when I went to actually purchase the vehicle, I asked to look at it one more time, and I was Usher around in the building and ponded off to multiple people and never was allowed to go look at the vehicle until everything was signed and then when I asked about the spare tire, I was just told that oh you can find one online for cheap. Have a good day and practically pushed off the lot then 30 minutes after leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on and when it was scanned, it was saying a cylinder misfire, which was the ticking sound. I notified the dealership and they advised me to bring it back the next business day, which I did they kept my vehicle and put me in a small compact and after 2 to 3 weeks, I received a phone call to advise me what was all wrong with my vehicle to which they stated was going to be several thousand dollars and how would I like to pay? I advised them that I was not going to pay that I was promised that all these issues were going to be fixed to the point where I actually had text messages from the car salesman, stating that he is in the shop with my vehicle getting everything fixed. After about 2 to 3 months and me filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau, they finally agreed to cover the cost of repairing some of the issues which the main ones were the engine and AC. I was also only given a bigger vehicle after having to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also during this process I was informed that I was not eligible for one of the insurance that I Was sold with the vehicle That had to do with replacing a key if it went missing in order to be eligible for it I had to have two keys to which I was only given one and when asked about a key, they stated that’s the only key that was given.
