This dealership let's you set an 8:00am appointment but they do not unblock the driveway to allow you in until 8:20. The service advisor laughed about when i complained. Paid for the detail package quality of work membership was not there arrived a week later and the car mats were up against the building not even vacuumed. Also paid for extended warranty on vehicle, and the service department said that the wire harness for the window was not even included when we picked up the vehicle and I let my salesman know what the problem was the first full day receiving the vehicle. Went back to the dealership, spoke to the sales manager, and he said he would give me a call back, never received a callback of the discrepancies and also found out the salesman that sold me the car No longer works there. I would never recommend this dealership. I've bought an over 20 cars and trucks in the past at different dealerships. The worst customer experience I've ever experienced. More
