They are unprofessional and n purchased a vehicle from *****'s Mitsubishi (affiliated with True Car) and would discourage anyone from doing the same. They are unprofessional and non-responsive after the sale. Each person I spoke with gave the impression of prioritizing the buyer. After the sale, nothing but excuses for why the things promised remained undone. Obi was responsive until after the sale. Then reaching him became difficult. When I did get him, he led with how busy he was and seemed bothered by my questions. I had a conversation with *************************(former General Manager) **, and he provided assurances my concerns would be addressed. The next time I called he was no longer employed at Jacobs Mitsubishi. The dealership is poorly managed from the managers to the salespeople. Their customer service is egregious at best. I was promised callbacks from ***** (manager), ***** (manager), & Obi. To a person, they don't do as they say. The car detail that was promised was not done. When the vehicle was delivered, it was filthy inside. It had spills on the seats and stains on the lining. The door latch was faulty, it would unlock while driving. Consequentially, I couldn't alarm the car when parked. I contacted Sandy about the issue, and she said she'd raise my concerns with ****** (another manager) and didn't call back. I replaced the locking mechanism necessary to alarm the car. I replaced two worn front tires and paid to have the vehicle detailed. To recap, I replaced the faulty door latch, replaced two tires, and had the vehicle detailed, which totaled more than $2,600. No one called to follow up, inquire, or offer assistance. Buyer beware! One star is given because it was required to leave the review. More
